The Bistro

Nestled on the lower floor of our hotel, our beautiful Bistro provides an intimate setting perfect for larger gatherings. Adorned with original ceilings boasting unique markings, a grand fireplace, and doors opening up to the garden, this space sets the stage for unforgettable events, from unique soirées to exquisite dinners.

The Snug

Tucked away just off the Bistro, our cosy Snug is an inviting setting ideal for intimate dinners. With seating for up to 12 guests, this private dining space provides warmth and comfort, with the added bonus of easy access to our garden. Additionally, it doubles as the perfect spot for small corporate meetings, providing a tranquil atmosphere conducive to productive discussions.

The Cleveland Suite

Located on our first floor, The Cleveland Suite is our largest events space, accommodating up to 50 guests. Bathed in natural light, this room offers an inviting atmosphere, ideal for hosting larger dinners and events. What’s more, it features a separate area complete with its own dedicated bar, perfect for enjoying drinks before or after your meal, or for breakout sessions, adding an extra touch of convenience and flexibility to your event experience.

“We visited on a Saturday evening to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday. The Tontine has been our go-to place for family events for many years. We were warmly greeted and shown into the Piano menu to have drinks and read the menu. The staff were very helpful with our choices. Also the cocktails are very good. The menu is extensive and quality. One of our party was vegetarian and their choice was top notch. The restaurant is old-worldy and chic. We were shown to a great comfortable table. Our food and wine arrived promptly and was excellent in taste, quality and presentation. The service was impeccable and this will remain our Family favourite place. A place with a touch of class.”
