We’re That Little Bit Different

Working with the seasons is second nature to the team here at The Tontine, it’s our default setting. Being part of the Provenance Collection, the origins of the ingredients we select for our award-winning dishes is so important to us. Having access to fresh produce from our own kitchen garden at nearby Mount St John gives us that edge. Working with the gardening team, we benefit from a unique creative freedom to craft exciting flavour combinations and seasonal menus to impress. What we can’t grow for ourselves, we source from carefully selected Provenance Partners discovered from across the county, experts in their own fields. We love what we do and we know you will too.
